Merrell Remington chosen by Empower Group for real estate investing mailer

Merrell Remington, an advertising agency based in Salt Lake City, Utah, was recently hired by Empower Group to produce a series of mailers to promote their real estate investing services.
Empower Group is made up of a group of real estate minded professionals who seek out the very best tax sale properties all over the country and provide properties for their clients to invest in. Empower Group accomplishes this by searching through tax auctions all over the country on a daily basis, identify the auctions that have the best crop of quality properties, and then assigning their staff of researchers to provide all the needed information on each property to help their investor customers be able to make decisions about investing in it or not.
Merrell Remington designed and printed a variety of mailers to draw interest in Empower Group's unique services and in order to test which of the different approaches works best for getting a high mailing response rate.
