Merrell Remington to mail informative letter for Coventry Insurance

Zing Media Solutions was contracted by Coventry Insurance to contact all of their customers by phone or mail to update their policy records for each customer. Zing Media Solutions hired Merrell Remington, an advertising agency and mail house in Salt Lake City, Utah, to handle the printing and mailing of the letters to those customer who weren't contacted by phone. Merrell Remington will rely on Digital Studio, their digital printing division, to print the letters with variable printing. 11 different logos have to be used and linked to the proper names, along with many other variable fields, such as contact information and customer service hours, for a total of 57 different versions of 3 unique letters for a total of 1.3 million letters to go out on a set schedule. Merrell Remington has been able to organize and clean the lists, to presort the list properly so as to provide the best postage rate, and to format the list so that all variables are verified and coordinated.
